VQV

Privacy

This policy describes how VQV handles data. VQV is private, non-commercial, and not offered for general use.

Public website

This static website does not use analytics, advertising, accounts, or cookies. Its hosting provider may process ordinary web-server metadata such as IP addresses and request timestamps for security and delivery.

Google account data

The service may access Gmail message headers, bodies, attachments, and labels; send requested messages; and access calendar lists and event details and make requested event changes.

How Google data is used

Google data is used only to provide configured email assistance, organize messages, extract selected information into private records, and provide requested calendar assistance.

Processing and sharing

Relevant content may be processed by hosting, storage, communication, and data-processing providers only as needed to perform a requested or configured function. Google data is not sold or used for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.

Storage and deletion

Temporary data is removed when no longer needed. Selected data may be retained in private records until deleted. Residual copies may remain in backups until they expire.

Calendar data normally remains in Google Calendar; the integration does not maintain a separate long-term calendar database. Access can be revoked through Google Account permissions. Removal of retained application data can be requested through the support address shown on the OAuth consent screen.

Security

Access is limited to explicitly authorized services and users. OAuth credentials and retained records are kept in private, access-controlled systems.

Google API policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
